Grinding is a finishing process after milling (or after heat treatment) to turn steel into a part of the required size, shape and quality. Grinding is one of the basic forms of steel processing, using a grinding wheel to remove an ultra-thin layer of metal on the surface to smooth the detail and usually after grinding the product will have a high surface gloss. and achieve high accuracy (about 0.01mm). Grinding can be performed on high hardness steel (steel after heat treatment).
Notes on grinding:
   - Make sure the grinding wheel is installed according to the design on the machine, has been tightened and checked carefully before implementation. The grinding wheel must be installed in a carefully guarded case
   - Before implementation, it is necessary to check the product mounting process, the detail positioning part has been ensured according to the requirements. During the grinding process, it is necessary to pay attention to checking the cooling stage for the part to be ground
   - During the grinding process, workers need to ensure that they wear the correct protective gear (protective glasses, hats, protective clothing, gloves and other necessary protective equipment).
